Wizalnut Packs — Terms of Sale

Version 1.0 of 13 October 2026

1. Seller and contact

These terms apply to purchases of digital packs offered at wizalnut.com/en/packs. The seller is:

Epic production s.r.o. (Wizalnut is its brand)

Registered office: Pastierska 3686/8, 900 31 Stupava, Slovakia

Company ID (IČO): 50729144 · VAT ID: SK2120448847

Registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 117484/B

E-mail: hazelnut@epicproduction.sk · Phone: +421 904 146 414

In these terms the seller is "we" or "us" and the buyer is "you". Send complaints, defect notices and withdrawal statements to the e-mail address or to the registered office above.

2. Who these terms apply to

2.1 You buy as a consumer if you are a natural person buying outside your trade, business or profession. The consumer provisions in these terms apply to you, together with the mandatory consumer law that protects you.

2.2 You buy as a business customer if you buy for your trade, business, profession or company, for example when you enter a company name or VAT ID at checkout. The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to you, and the provisions marked "business customers" do.

2.3 Your own terms of purchase do not apply.

3. The product

3.1 Wizalnut Quality Gates for Claude Code is digital content supplied as a downloadable zip file, not on a tangible medium. It contains 16 hooks (shell and Python scripts), 6 skills (Markdown files), one canary test per hook, an installer with an uninstall option, and documentation. The current version is 0.1.0. The product page and the README.md file in the pack describe the contents.

3.2 Requirements: Claude Code 2.x, bash, python3 and jq. The pack is built and tested on macOS. It is not tested on Linux or Windows, and we do not promise that it works there.

3.3 What the pack does and does not do. The gates block or flag certain classes of mistakes inside Claude Code sessions. They can block an action you wanted, and they cannot catch every mistake. They do not guarantee that your agent, your code or your data are free of errors. You remain responsible for what your agent does and for backing up your work.

3.4 Claude Code is a product of Anthropic. Wizalnut and Epic production s.r.o. are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic. The pack works with Claude Code 2.x as available on the day of delivery. Claude Code is developed by a third party and can change after that day.

3.5 Each purchase gives one license for one developer (section 9).

4. Price and payment

4.1 The price is shown on the product page and in the Stripe checkout before you pay. It is stated in euros and includes VAT. There are no delivery charges. Quality Gates costs €29 for orders paid by 31 October 2026 and €58 from 1 November 2026. The price shown in the checkout at the moment you pay is the price that applies.

4.2 Payment is processed by Stripe, using the payment methods Stripe offers in the checkout. We never see or store your full card details. If Stripe shows you the price converted to your local currency, Stripe makes the conversion and the amount shown in the checkout is the amount you pay.

5. How the contract is concluded

5.1 The product page is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer.

5.2 To buy, click Buy now on the product page. The Stripe checkout opens. Enter your e-mail and payment details, tick the box that gives your consent and accepts these terms (section 7.2), and click the pay button. Until you click the pay button you can check and correct everything you entered. Closing the checkout cancels the order.

5.3 The contract is concluded when your payment is completed successfully. We confirm it on the thank-you page and by e-mail (section 6.2).

5.4 The contract consists of these terms, the License (section 9) and the order confirmation. We keep a copy of every version of these terms and send you the version that applied to your order on request.

6. Delivery

6.1 Right after your payment succeeds, Stripe takes you to a thank-you page with the download link. The pack is delivered when the download link is made available to you.

6.2 You also receive a confirmation of the contract by e-mail, at the address you entered in the checkout. It includes confirmation of the consent and acknowledgement you gave under section 7.2. Please keep it.

6.3 If the download does not work, write to us and we will deliver the pack again.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

7.1 As a consumer you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded.

7.2 Loss of the right of withdrawal. The pack is supplied immediately. In the checkout, before you pay, we therefore ask you (a) for your express consent that we begin supplying the digital content before the withdrawal period ends, and (b) for your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We confirm both on a durable medium (section 6.2). Once the download has begun, you no longer have a right of withdrawal.

7.3 Before the download has begun you may still withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract. Send us a clear statement of your decision, for example by e-mail to hazelnut@epicproduction.sk. You may use the model form in the Annex, but you do not have to. The deadline is met if you send your statement before the 14 days have passed. We confirm receipt of your statement on a durable medium without undue delay.

7.4 If you withdraw in time, we refund all payments we received from you within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you. After withdrawal you must not use the pack or make it available to anyone, and we may block your access to it.

7.5 Business customers have no right of withdrawal. Apart from the rights described in sections 7 and 8, we do not offer a money-back guarantee.

8. Defects and statutory liability

8.1 We are liable under the law if the pack is defective, meaning that it does not match the description in section 3, on the product page and in README.md, or does not meet the requirements the law sets for digital content of this kind, taking section 3 into account. For consumers we are liable for defects that exist at delivery and become apparent within 2 years of delivery.

8.2 How to report a defect. E-mail us a description: which hook or skill, what you did, what happened, your operating system, your Claude Code version and the error output. We confirm receipt in writing without delay and tell you by when we will fix the defect. That period will not exceed 30 days, unless an objective reason outside our control justifies a longer one.

8.3 Remedies. We first remedy the defect, usually with corrected files or an update. If we do not remedy it, cannot remedy it, the same defect returns, or the defect is serious, a consumer may claim a reasonable price reduction or withdraw from the contract and receive a refund, under the conditions set by law.

8.4 What is not a defect:

(a) the behaviour described in section 3.3, such as a gate blocking an action you wanted or not catching a mistake;

(b) problems caused by your own changes to the files;

(c) problems caused by use outside the requirements in section 3.2;

(d) problems caused only because you did not install an update that we supplied and told you about;

(e) problems caused by changes that Anthropic or another third party makes to Claude Code or other software after delivery.

8.5 Updates. We supply the updates that the law requires to keep the pack in conformity. We are not obliged to add new features. New versions with new features may be offered separately.

8.6 Business customers. Our liability for defects follows the Slovak Commercial Code. Notify us of a defect without undue delay after you discover it.

9. License

9.1 The pack is licensed to you, not sold. We keep the copyright. What you may and may not do with the pack is set out in LICENSE.md inside the pack. In short: one license per developer; you may install it on any machine you personally use, modify it for your own use and use it in commercial projects, provided every person who runs it holds their own license; you may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the pack or a substantial part of it, or build a product, course or template whose main value is the pack itself.

9.2 The "No warranty" paragraph in LICENSE.md means that we give no commercial guarantee beyond these terms. It does not limit your statutory rights under section 8, and it does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.3 If you breach the License, for example by redistributing the pack, we may terminate it. You must then delete all copies. Our other claims, including claims under copyright law, are not affected.

10. Liability

10.1 Consumers. We are liable as provided by law. Nothing in these terms or in the License excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

10.2 Business customers. In line with § 379 of the Slovak Commercial Code, the parties agree that the damage foreseeable at the conclusion of the contract is at most the price paid for the pack. We are not liable for lost profit, loss of data or indirect damage. This section does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

11. Personal data

11.1 Controller: Epic production s.r.o., contact details in section 1.

11.2 What we process.

  • From the Stripe checkout: your name, e-mail address, billing country or address, the amount, currency, date and status of the payment, and limited payment method details such as card brand and last four digits. We do not receive your full card number.
  • Messages you send us, for example defect reports.
  • On wizalnut.com: page views, meaning the page address, the referring page and a random session identifier kept in your browser's session storage for the visit, so that we can count visits.

11.3 Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Article 6(1)). Concluding and performing the contract, including delivery, support and defect claims: point (b). Accounting and tax records: point (c). Counting visits and defending legal claims: our legitimate interest, point (f).

11.4 Recipients. Stripe processes payment data as our payment service provider; for some purposes, such as fraud prevention and its own legal obligations, Stripe acts as an independent controller under its privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Our IT providers (website hosting, e-mail) process data on our behalf. Our accountant and public authorities receive data where the law requires it. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, for example by Stripe, the transfer relies on safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.

11.5 Retention. Accounting documents for 10 years after the end of the year they relate to. Other order data until claims from the contract are time-barred. Page view records for as long as we need them for visit statistics.

11.6 Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to hazelnut@epicproduction.sk. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR) or with the data protection authority in your country. We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not send you marketing e-mails without your consent.

12. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

12.1 If something goes wrong, write to us first at hazelnut@epicproduction.sk.

12.2 If you are a consumer and you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, or you believe we have violated your rights, you may send us a request for redress (žiadosť o nápravu) to the same address.

12.3 If we reject your request or do not reply within 30 days of the day you sent it, you may file a proposal for alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The ADR body competent for our disputes is:

Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (Slovak Trade Inspection), Central Inspectorate, Department of International Relations and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. BOX 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, Slovakia

E-mail: ars@soi.sk · Web: https://www.soi.sk/alternativne-riesenie-spotrebitelskych-sporov

You may also choose another competent ADR entity. ADR before SOI is free of charge. You may file the proposal within one year of our rejection or of the end of the 30-day period.

12.4 Consumers living in another EU country can also get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

12.5 The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so we do not link to it.

12.6 Your right to go to court is not affected.

13. Governing law and courts

13.1 The contract is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

13.2 Consumers. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live or in Slovakia, and we may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country where you live.

13.3 Business customers. The Slovak Commercial Code applies. Disputes are decided by the Slovak court that has jurisdiction according to our registered office.

14. Final provisions

14.1 We may change these terms for future orders. Your order is governed by the version in force when you paid.

14.2 If any provision of these terms is invalid, the other provisions remain in force.

14.3 The contract and all communication are in English. If you are a consumer in Slovakia, you agreed in the checkout to receive these terms and all contract information in English.
